Cesca Boldy
Landscape Designer, BA (Hons.), MLA
Driven by a love for nature, design, food, and community, Cesca explores the intersection of these elements as a vital opportunity to address environmental and community well-being. As a strong advocate for sustainable food systems, she is dedicated to applying regenerative design principles through innovative solutions. Guided by a holistic approach, Cesca is committed to crafting landscapes that honor their historical context while adapting to a changing climate and meeting the needs of contemporary communities. She finds inspiration in blending old and new, weaving personal stories into meaningful designs which reflect both past and future.
Cesca recently completed the Project Management Fundamentals course at UBC Sauder School of Business, strengthening her management knowledge and equipping her to support project coordination at SpruceLab. Her role includes supporting community and Indigenous engagement, assisting with project management tasks, and creating detailed construction drawings, concept designs, and presentation packages.
In addition to her design work, Cesca is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and 15-hour breathwork teacher. She believes that yoga, like design, is a practice rooted in harmony with nature, fostering mindfulness in both individual and collective action.
