North York at the Centre Secondary Plan, North York, ON

SpruceLab is leading Indigenous engagement for the North York at the Centre Secondary Plan, working closely with WSP (Project Lead), and Perkins+Will. This project is a review to refresh the vision and planning framework guiding growth and investment in the study area community for the next 25 years (running along Yonge St. from Highway 401 to Cummer Ave.). SpruceLab sought interest from Indigenous organizations and communities regarding public realm, Indigenous placemaking, housing needs and other community benefits.
