174 -180 Ottawa Street Apartments - Phase II, Hamilton ON

Inspired by the critical work of creating purpose built housing for indigenous populations, our current focus is on the rooftop amenity space. This project will build upon a first phase building by Invizij Architects providing 12 affordable units and commercial first floor. The rooftop will feature work by Christi Belcourt titled ‘Wisdom of the Universe’. SpruceLab will be providing the landscape design for terrace on the 4 th floor roof and will include materials and colours that play off those included in Christi’s pieces.
