This 2012 modern expansion and renovation of the Ignat Kaneff Building (by Diamond Schmidtt Architects, with DTAH) included a new entry courtyard with new plantings, seating, sculptural signage, enhanced paving, and pedestrian lighting.

While at DTAH, Sheila was responsible for the conceptual and detailed landscape design for this project (working closely with John Hillier and Bryce Miranda), which included permeable paving (pavers and asphalt) for the rear parking lot and entry area.
